Since the All-In-One printer is able to print I suspect it is an issue with the scanning software. This is because printing and scanning needs individual software to work properly.

I would suggest you to install the printer driver and software from this link.

If you have already tried installing the drivers from the above link and did not work, then follow these steps.

You may first try uninstalling the already installed printer drivers using the following steps:

(1)In Devices and Printers, right-click the icon of the applicable model, then select Remove device.
(2)Open Print server properties, select the Drivers tab.
(3) Select the applicable model, then click Remove.
(4)In the Remove Driver and Package window, click Remove driver and driver package.
